Miranda Cornett is the CEO and Lead Registered Dietitian of Victus Nutrition, a consulting and management firm committed to elevating the standard of nutritional care in Southwest Missouri. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from The University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from College of the Ozarks. She advocates for “enjoyable eating for all", meaning that food is a gift meant to be sustaining, satisfying, and savory. She firmly believes that providing residents with quality nourishment is essentially communicating to them “I care about you, and I want you to be happy, healthy, and live well”. Miranda’s area of expertise is serving in the long term, skilled, and assisted-living facilities in the Southwest Missouri area and she is greatly looking forward to discussing how she can be a valuable asset to your facility soon!

Miranda lives in Nixa, Missouri with her husband, Max, her twin boys, Calvin and Cohen, and Golden Retriever, Chief. In addition to practicing dietetics, she enjoys spending time outdoors - hiking and running, as well as traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. As a Kansas City area native, you will catch her cheering on the Chiefs during football season and enjoying a delicious plate of BBQ all year round!
